Statement of Case (SoC)

State the strategic and operational necessity of the project. The existing Quarter Guard facility, a 1960s-era structure, is in a dilapidated condition, severely compromising its functional utility and security protocols. The current facility lacks adequate space for the modern arms and ammunition inventory and cannot accommodate the increased strength of the Guard. The construction of a new complex is operationally necessary to enhance the security posture of the unit, provide a safe storage environment for military equipment, and ensure the well-being of the personnel on duty. This proposal is aligned with the Army's ongoing modernization and infrastructure upgrade program in the Eastern Command region. The project is considered strategically vital for maintaining operational readiness.
